Avaya has phased out the Avaya IP Office 400 series modules; they are now end of sale products. This means components, for example BRI and PRI extension cards can only be purchased from second user resellers and additional firmware releases for the DT series will no longer be developed.

The Avaya IP Office 500 solution brings the latest enhancements in IP telephony, customer service capabilities, unified communication solutions as well as a range of trunk and networking options. Please note

Avaya 5402 Digital, 5602 IP, 1603 IP phones and IP DECT handsets are excluded from this offer.

Existing IP400 Analogue Trunk 4, BRI-8, PRI (single/dual) and the VCM 4/8/16/24/30 cards are supported withy the IP 500 legacy card carrier.

Existing IP400 licenses can be transferred with the new IP500 smart card.
