System monitoring and diagnostics are covered via the 'System Status' utility, call tracking by 'SMDR' and general administration through 'Manager'. Other software features that can be applied include 'Phone Manager', a visual utility for employees to manage their own calls and 'Auto Attendant' an application enabling external callers to contact their desired contact through a general number without the requirement of a receptionist.
